Orders must be placed at least 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE to avoid a rush order fee and to allow time for sourcing / shipping the color palette requested from our supplier,
We require a 50% Retainer Fee (Non-refundable) which is fully applied to your event balance. Payment of the retainer fee secures your date on our calendar and all other clients are refused your date and rentals. The retainer fee is due upon ordering and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to installment date.
Yes! We are insured and can provide a COI for your business or organization upon request
Indoor Balloon Installments : 2-4 weeks or longer
Outdoor Balloon Installments : 1-2 days (heat, sun, & wind are tough on balloons!)
Absolutely! We can match your theme from pastels to metallics to an assortment of custom colors!
We use High-Quality, Biodegradable, ECO FRIENDLY Latex Balloons from our suppliers! These are not balloons that can be found in local stores or on Amazon.

Yes! We bring the party to you! FREE delivery for Nixa and Ozark venues. We will also return and tear down after the event concludes for an additional fee!
